How to permanently delete your CinchCourt account

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your CinchCourt account, you can do so directly within the app. Please read the important information below before proceeding.

⚠ Important Warning

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Your account will be permanently closed. Your login credentials are deleted, your email address is removed from our records, and your profile, preferences, ratings, and statistics are deactivated and removed from the Service. Match records are retained in de-identified form (no longer linked to your name or profile) so other players' match histories stay intact.
  • Your previous data cannot be restored. You may sign up again later (including with the same email address), but your ratings, match history, and statistics will start from scratch.
  • Any active Premium subscription will not be refunded. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.
  • This action is irreversible. We cannot recover your account or data after deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps within the CinchCourt app:

  1. Open the CinchCourt app on your device
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Tap the gear icon to open Settings, then select Profile Settings
  4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  5. Read the warning message carefully
  6. Confirm the deletion

Your account is permanently closed and your personal data is removed from the Service immediately.

Please include the email address associated with your account in your request. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

Before You Delete

Consider these alternatives if you're experiencing issues:

  • Taking a break? You can simply stop using the app without deleting your account. Your data will remain safe if you decide to return.
  • Having technical issues? Contact us at admin@cinchcourt.com and we'll help resolve them.
  • Privacy concerns? Review our Privacy Policy to understand how we protect your data.
